Excellent service! I couldn't be happier with my vehicle. They went above and beyond what I expected and did everything I asked. My car feels fantastic. I would certainly recommend this place. They were also kind a courteous and I believe I got a good price for the work I had done! They were happy to answer any question and even double check some things! Thank you Bob and your employees!

I can't say enough good things about Springboro Automotive! My Kia Forte broke down unexpectedly close to their shop, so I left it overnight and dropped the keys in their drop box. By the next afternoon, my car was fixed and running as good as ever! The team at Springboro Automotive is incredibly professional, competent, and honest. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I’m so impressed with their service that I will definitely be using them for all of my future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

Awesome, quick, and friendly service! I submitted an online appointment request and received a response very quickly. I was able to drop my car off the night before so it was there and ready to be looked at first thing in the morning. I received a text with photos and diagnostics, which was very helpful to see firsthand the problems my vehicle was having. I was able to pick my repaired car up that same day which was great. Bob even texted me a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should. Very impressed!

Can't say enough wonderful things about Bob and his crew! They provide an incredibly detailed inspection report and are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. It's never fun to spend $$ on car repairs, but they make me feel confident in the investment, and I know everything is fixed and the work is done well.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Bob and his team are as honest and helpful as anybody I’ve ever known across any service industry. They won’t attempt a job without giving you all the facts and a thorough explanation. Their prices are very reasonable and better yet, I know when they do the work, it’s done right without cutting any corners. Or if they are gonna cut a corner, you’ll at least know ahead of time and can give your say to it first. Truly these guys run the best shop I’ve ever used. Thank you!

I have gone to them a few times, and they have always been respectful and helpful, and they don't cheat you. They also don't recommend extra services unless you really need them. The only complaint is that I had gotten a dead starter and had to bring my car in again, but they replaced it with no issues, and it didn't cost me anything. Overall, would 100% recommend them.

Thanks to Bob and his team for the excellent service and clear communication covering my car..I went to a more convenient shop and had parts put on unknowingly incorrectly..On top of the issues I was already having, they corrected the mistake, and got me back on the road..Epic plus, I met another Ben...Thanks again to you and your team!!

t was around Christmas time and I was on my to Florida from Michigan with my wife and two dogs, all the sudden my check engine light started flashing. I immediately got off the expressway and started looking for repair shops. I tried almost every shop in Springboro, Ohio, everyone was booked because of the holidays. I eventually tried Springboro Automotive and got a hold of the owner (Bob). Even though they were busy, they were able to get my car in and help me troubleshoot the problem I was having. Thanks again bob for the friendly service! I highly recommend this shop!!!????

Bob and crew were great and performed good, honest work. They went through the proper troubleshooting procedures determine the root cause of the issue.
