If I could give them no stars I would. Don't take your car here! I took my car in for a tire rotation and they damaged my fender and when I complained they denied it. I complained to both the manager and corporate and they still wouldn't make things right. They basically called me a liar. Avoid this place!!!

Our salesman was Josh. Great guy. He explained our options and never pressured us into buying a certain tire. We definitely will do our business here at tire discounters.

I have been taking my car here for a couple years now, this shop has been extremely convenient for me as my work is walking distance from this location. I have had zero complaints up until this past week. Had my car towed here for a repair on Monday, they returned it to me and the car was not fixed. Took the car back the next day and they returned it again, not fixed. This time I had a check engine light on that was not on when I dropped it off the second time. I called the shop to try to work something out and they told me their GM would be in the next day and they would shoot me a call. I waited multiple days and received no contact. The only thing resembling "service" at this location was the rep on the phone, TJ. Do not take your car here unless you want thrown into a money pit and then blown off.
