It seems to be virtually impossible to speak to a live person by phone. The “machine” eventually asks why you are calling. You respond, and it keeps trying to get you to do other things and never connects to a live person.

I went to the ATM today and the ATM is busted. There was a sign that said that it can’t dispense cash and it didn’t say anything else.Nothing about when it’s going to be fixed or anything. And I need cash urgently for my rent WHICH IS DUE IN TWO DAYS and their ATM Is the closest one to my place! I can’t drive because I’m disabled and I have to walk.And as for my personal experience with this bank……They denied me an account after I was recovering from being scammed and identity theft.They won’t help you no matter how sorry you are or how much mental torture you are going through. They will deny you an account and let someone who is clearly in need of some sort of help with their finances to just fend for themselvesSo I only use their ATM to get my rent money but now they’ve screwed me over with that.Don’t trust the banks.

Much rather be able to give zero stars. Worse branch to deal with, not many branches are useful but this is by far the worse. Manager is spiteful and closed my accounts though she was able to override and chose not too. Had to open with PNC with 24 hrs before payroll deposited my check. They are never open on time and lock the door early.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable bank employees, from the drive thru teller who help us get an appointment to the lady that helped us open our account . Great service!!!

Closed on Saturdays, seriously pathetic. If I was there workers look for other jobs. They closed the 2 West Carrollton branches thanks to Richard. Total pull out of this region. They lie and say more people are doing banking on line. Funny how there always a line here and the sweet elderly people at the mejers in West Carrollton have no place now. I guess everyone has no jobs and can only go 9 to 5 and no Saturdays. So much for us 545am t 5pm?
