I was sending a package out of State. I was concerned because I wasn't receiving info on tracking. I called Springboro USPS and talked to a supervisor. He was very helpful, and took time to explain a few things. Then he followed up via phone just to verify it was delivered. Thank you so much Brian. You went above and beyond.
