“Great experience. We moved a very large home into a small town-home with a lot of steps and tight turns and also to a storage unit. Experience started with the person who walked us through all the things we needed to move and created the quote, he asked great detailed questions with some followups to get us a very accurate price. Their price was more than one service that obviously didn't estimate enough time or materials and it was much less than another one that required a third party to do a few things. The packers that arrived were the same people who were doing the move the next day so they were able to not only pack, but also start staging to be prepared and more efficient the next two days of the move. The move was great. The movers were professional, friendly, but very efficient. Didn't take a lot of breaks and it felt like everyone had a job to do and knew their job to make things move along faster. I felt very bad for some of the heavy items that had to go up multiple flights of stairs, but they moved everything without complaint and not damage to furniture or house. I would highly recommend Planes and will use them again.”

We treated them pizza, cold cut sandwiches, and beverages, and they were extremely grateful. Everything was wrapped and padded very well, they protected the floors and stairs. Arrived everyday on time, and were at the new house exactly when they said they would be. The video walkthrough of the home was easy, and the communication from Frieda at the base office was regular and appreciated.”

The rental price was very reasonable and they included moving blankets to protect my furniture. The whole process was easy and the staff was very professional. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with water and mold damage again but I would definitely call them again for storage or moving in the future.”

“Ferguson Moving relocated my father yesterday and did a fantastic job. Steve, Brendan, Mark, and Rodney all were courteous, professional, and efficient. I understand they have been doing this for several years and their experience showed. They were on time, they listened to our concerns about the antiques not being the easiest to move, and then they went to work. They had the challenge of unloading the truck with impending storms, but finished just in time. All of the castors were place back on the antiques, and all beds were quickly rebuild. Nothing was damaged or marred in any way. I was impressed with how clean the truck was - even saw Steve spraying down the trailer where dirt had gotten in. I liked that the owner, Wayne Carlton came to the house to see exactly what we had to move. Definately call them if you care about the furniture you are moving.”
