They have had my daughter's car 5 weeks (so far). The transmission has been in for 3 weeks. This was her only car and now she is using our only car. We have been told multiple times there are 2 cars in front of her. I think they are taking paying customers in front of warranty customers. I would definitely go somewhere else.

They don't respect the deadlines... they can tell you that they will give you the car on a date and then when the date comes they don't give it to you. They don't even take the time to call you and apologize. I really regret giving my car to this place to have it repaired.

I paid them for a certain amount of time. So it can work for a certain period of time. My car and then couple months later. It comes down to me having to get my car fixed again. They sabotage more things on my car. So I can pay more things for my car including getting my core out. If I didn't want them to fix my corner. No, then a rampage my car and turn out. I got somebody off the street to get my car to run. But they wanted $2513 and 98 centto fix my core. So I wouldn't go to them, if I was you.

They helped me get my vehicle from one shop to another after it was released with no hesitation. They did all the phone calls to get me back up and going. They kept me updated on everything that was going on. The people that was doing it, did an amazing job. And supported me on everything and the price was where it needed to be. And wanted to thank Mike and Rob there, and the workers that was able to make my vehicle able to get back on the road. No issues what do ever. Awesome people. I brought my daughter's car in for a transmission replacement. They gave me a quote, and I left a deposit & authorized the repairs. They sourced a transmission for her car & had it shipped to the shop. Upon starting the repairs, it became apparent that the car had more structural rust than originally expected. So they rightfully declined to repair it. My entire deposit was cheerfully returned, with no charges. I'm not happy about the car, but I am thrilled with their place of business and their practices. Five stars for AAMCO, and I will definitely return, and definitely recommend them to everyone. Please support this excellent local business!

Great place, honest quotes and solid work! All the employees are super friendly!
