I can’t believe the service of this company.
Called last week to have our washer serviced that we pay biweekly for. Gave me a date and a time. Never show up.
Called again was given TODAY FROM 10am-1pm and no one showed up AGAIN. now I have wasted two days sitting at home waiting. We call them and get “uh. Let me call them” and nothing. Don’t use this company.

Horrible. Never come when they say they will. Washer has been broken 3 times, the manager Jeff acts like it’s an inconvenience to replace what doesn’t work. They took me off auto pay without me knowing. Lost my phone number. The website shows different information. All in all - avoid this place please. Nobody ever has the right answer or knows what they’re doing - they’re all extremely unprofessional.

zero stars, I ordered a washer, didn't work, second washer didn't work. tried for 2 months now to get my money back, called corp office, they said it was in the district managers hands, that was last month. I have now been on hold with corp office again-this time for 44 minutes so far. still trying to get my 75.00 initial payment plus the 5.94 they took without consent or knowledge for insurance they said. they took my hoses that were connected to my old washer and I had to send money to replace them. I can also tell you the manager said he paid it back to my bank. The corp office and my bank said it had not been refunded, I am pausing to let you know how long it takes the to answer 1 hour 20 min. now. only took 35 min first time I called. Guess I'm not getting my money back or the hour I just spent on the phone. Good luck to you if you're unsatisfied! hanging up now, I'll try tomorrow

Me and my friend went in to see about tablets. They only had one. It was the one on display. My friend toke that one. They did give her a good deal. I didn't get one.

I ordered a new bed online because they had a great offer for online only orders. Was not aware that the item was special order. They say it will take 15-21 days for the local store to receive it and then they will set up a delivery time to bring it to you. How can you charge for time that we don't have the products? Unfortunately, I already paid for the first month
