Love having a hardware shop close by for last minute emergencies. Prices are competitive, especially if you use their loyalty program. (Lots of copons in the mail!) And the staff is always helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Employees stand around talking more than helping customers. They only seem to help the people they know by name, if you aren’t a regular it seems they totally ignore you. I waited in the tool aisle for almost 20 minutes for an item I needed out of the locked case, and had to call the store on my cell phone after I asked for assistance. Won't shop here again. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Can't beat the service here. Bought a bag of concrete and they loaded it out to my vehicle. The employees also gave my daughter quarters to put in the spinning donation bowl
