Went for a X-ray and exam and later tooth extraction at a later date. The tech that did the X-ray originally, did it on the wrong tooth, and misinformed the doctor about which tooth I wanted worked on. Almost had the wrong tooth extracted so make sure you double check with the tech and doctor about what they’re doing to you. I’m glad I asked and made sure. Scary I almost had the wrong tooth pulled . They corrected it and were able to take out the tooth in question. I shouldn’t have trusted the tech so blindly but I figured being there for one tooth that miscommunication wouldn’t be a issue. Very grateful they fixed the other tech mistake and got me taken care of in a timely manner I appreciate that! It was a quick process.

Made an emergency appointment to fix a front chipped tooth, it’s been fixed before and everytime it only takes between 15-20min, i arrive a few min early to get new signatures out of the way being a new patient, then I proceed to wait for an hour to be seen and there was surely less than 8 customers in the building total, they bring me back to take X-rays which took too long just to tell me they can’t do any work because they would be closing in 40min, as scheduled I was told my work would be handled and they told me that the people on the phone tell people that all the time and they have a rep to tell people otherwise. I was then brought back to a room just for a dentist to pick around my mouth and estimate work aside from what I came for based on his visuals then walk out. The dental assistant told me she would go talk to a manager to work something out for I have no idea what and then forgot about me back in the room so I walked out of the patient room when it was 20min past close just for her to be doing other things, then tell me to talk to the front desk and not apologize. So I said I will not be coming back. I’d never recommend this place to anyone

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dentist has great beside manners. The receptionist started my process and was very friendly and helpful. The dental assistants are all helpful and make you feel comfortable to be there. The financial person was wonderful in taking care of my needs. my wants and my capabilities to get my teeth back to where they should be. I would pass on the word and advise anyone needing to see a dentist to try Aspen Dental.

Very happy with everyone. I called after hours and a call center answered. She was very helpful and concerned about my health condition. She set me up for an appointment in my home city. Aspen Dental staff were excellent. They make you very comfortable as you get the new patient x-rays of your gums and teeth. The Dentist was very courteous and professional. Explains everything. Tooth extraction was a breeze and painless. Excellent job. Total experience was outstanding.

I explained about my exposed nerve when I made the appointment hoping the tooth would get extracted today and was told since I'm a new patient the exam and X-ray would be free, instead I was charged $175 for those services and was told the extraction could not happen today because it was close to closing time and to come back Tuesday morning. I was also told over the phone that the extraction would only be $250 but was told in office it would be a little over $300. If I'd of known nothing would be done today I would not have come in and saved myself $175. Staff was polite though.

I called and was helped quickly to make an appt and was told when I asked about my insurance being taken that they didn't have a list for every office. But that said, if I got there and it was not taken, they would have a free coupon for the visit and x-rays. When I arrived, my policy was out of network and I was advised it's $285 out of pocket. When I told her what they said on the phone, she advised me that's only for people with no insurance. So I said " if I'd walked in and said I was uninsured, then it would have been free"? She advised me "well yes, but that wouldn't be honest". Honey, honesty went out the window when you all said it would be free if the policy isn't accepted. For $285 I could go to my local dentist and pay for an in-house policy and be treated. This place lies to you and is a joke. Do not seek treatment here. Urgent care prescribed me antibiotics and now I am good to go. Take that you rude folks.
