Went to the AT&T on Bechtle in Springfield, OH. Recently got a new job and wanted to set my phone up with First Net. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted. They said they would be right with me so I took the time to make a quick phone call. Rude of me because I did not even know Justin was standing there politely waiting for me to finish. Justin is great to work with, make sure to ask for him. He is very polite and patient and knowledgeable. Gave me a thorough breakdown of costs and plan details and equipment coverage. Wrote it all down for me to take with me in case I forget. Helped me smoothly transition over from my old phone and even waited to make sure everything was working as it should on the new phone. He walked me out and gave me last bits of info to contact him if I need anything. Great customer service and professionalism. He was wonderful to work with so I shook his hand. A very good experience.

Brett was efficient and effective. I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes! I was busy when I got this review. I erred in giving him a 1 instead of 5.

Last week, I went into this store to find a solution for calls and internet service while traveling abroad. One of the sales representatives there sells me on a virtual SIM card for Europe. $35 for the card he says. As he’s ringing it up, he also adds a $35 “activation fee.” So $70 for calling and 5G of data while in Europe for a week. Fine, I say to myself, it’s at least peace of mind. I get over here, turn on the secondary line and data roaming, and much to my surprise, I can’t make or receive calls, and I can’t do anything with the internet without using my hotel’s WiFi. So what did I pay for?!? I spend about two hours on the phone using my primary number, incurring a day pass fee in the process, and the only solution AT&T can come up with is to call the store that sold it to me and ask for a refund. So I call the store, and explain the situation to the clerk, he says only a manager can potentially do what I’m asking, and he’s currently busy, but the note will be put on his desk and he’ll call me back. I never get that call back. And now, the store is dodging my calls. I’ll be making a formal complaint to the Ohio Secretary of State’s office for deceptive business practices as soon as I’m back stateside.

This is the best phone store I've been to in my 41 years of owning a cell phone. If you go into the north Bechtle store ask for Kylan

I wrote a review on this store about a year ago and here is my update.
I should've left for another provider when I had the chance. BUYER BEWARE! THEY LIE ABOUT THE UPGRADE PRICES!!! MY BILL HAS SKYROCKETED SINCE THEN!! EVERYONE AT THIS STORE IS TRAINED TO LIE TO YOUR FACE! Never in the 10 years of being a ATT customer have I ever had issues until moving here. NOW I OWE $500 BECAUSE OF THEIR LIES.
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I am not sure why I come to this location. I drive 30 minutes out to get away so I don't have to be looked at like I'm an idiot for a question. There is one guy with buzzed hair that just comes across as someone who can't stand customers unless they boost his numbers. The huffing and puffing and annoyed facial expressions dumbfounds me. Beavercreek is the way to go,

I would like to give a shoutout to the AT&T store in Springfield, OH. What a kind, friendly, and helpful place with employees that go out of their way to help customers. Missy was wonderful setting up my replacement phone (my new one was faulty) and helping me get AT&T internet set up. She answered my many questions and was very patient with this 70+ year old! Thank you so much, Missy!

I had questions concerning my plan and bill. I was able to speak with service rep within 5 minutes. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to clearly explain what is going on with my plan and made suggestions to help me with my budget. I will use this store for all of my family's cellphone needs.
Thanks

We went to the Bechtle Ave store in Springfield, OH and were greeted by Montgomery. He had worked with our daughter and she recommended him to us. Montgomery was just as she had represented him: friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a warm and caring person. He handled everything so well and kept us informed the whole time! Kudos to Montgomery! He deserves a raise!

BEWARE OF UPGRADES, THEY LIE ON THE PRICES TO GAIN YOUR CONSENT THEN YOUR BILL IS SKY ROCKET.
I have been a/ AT&T for 4yrs and never missed a payment. I have insurance, protection on home devices, 2 smart watches, 2 IPhones, WiFi, and Mac Book Pro.
I went to upgrade my iphone12 to a iphone16 when 16 released. They told me to KEEP MY OLD phone “just in case” I didn’t want it. I bought accessories thru the lady that helped, screen protector, case (broken now), and charger.
1mnth later I have a 1200 payment due. Of course it was them charging me for the iPhone (not a full price, additional charges that occur for some reason).
I called them 4 different occasions trying to turn the phone in, the First Lady said she’ll send me a label but with it being almost near the 30 days I asked if I can take it in store, she gave me this location (where I bought the phone).
This was a red flag bc if they are able to handle trade ins, why didn’t they take my IPhone 12 to trade in the day of?
I go to the store, they said there’s nothing they can do. Didn’t make sense but what can I do?
I tried calling and now at this point it’s pasted my 30days.
I just paid $750 and have an open balance of 440, mind you I had no past due balances that occurred.
AT&T is the worse, proceed with caution, they don’t care about their services just the money the are ranking in from ppl that don’t pay attention.
My WiFi experience is worse, I will drop this in a seperate review considering this location claims to not be able to handle WiFi yet they set it up for me 🤔
