I ordered online and it was said to be in stock. It's been 10days and it's going to be another week. They did offer tp cancel the order and I did. I can not recommend Batteries Plus.

I ordered a battery that was supposed to be in stock on the 13th. Usually when an item is in stock it only takes 30min to an hour for them to send an email saying you can pick it up. I waited and then called in and the clerk told me they did not have it in stock and it was going to be shipped to them. I got a good deal on the battery so I’m not too mad. It it’s the 18th now. The store is closed and I haven’t heard back yet. I’ll call tomorrow to see if they have it. But I’m a little irritated that I don’t have my battery yet.

I've never had a problem with this place not only is the friendly customer service but every time I've had a problem with my phones or I needed a replacement screen or accessories they had the items I need in stock or they order them and the prices were a lot cheaper than others also ever repair I've had done only took them an hour or less

I took my husband's iPad in to get the battery replaced. I was told on the phone it would be 45 minutes. I get to the store and I was told three days. A week passed and I called and I was told that they broke the screen by cutting some strip, so they had to order me a new screen and it would be another week. A week later I called and I was told that the wrong thing came in so it would be another week. By the time I picked up the iPad it had been almost a month. The guy rung me up and said he would give me a discount for being so patient. It was a big $10. I was just happy to give it back to my husband. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked right since we got it back. I recommend spending the extra $50 and taking it to the store behind Batteries Plus.

I had a great experience with the phone repair here. Had to have the screen on my s23 ultra replaced, and the screen samsung sent was a garbage downgraded version. The store worked with me to get the OEM screen and got me taken care of. Great, guys.
