I haven't been to Best Buy in some time now. I needed a cable for my sons pc. They didn't have it. I got it at Walmart down the road. Why? Not only did they not have much in pc cables and accessories, they didn't have much of anything pc related. As if this town doesn't have pc players. I promise you it does.

Watch plenty of employees walk around not helping people there was 4 employees near the registers but I had to stand there for almost 10 minutes and they was dead with hardly any customers don’t think I’ll shop here anymore

It took forever to get checked out... we almost left instead of waiting. One gal who was standing with several other evils TALKING said we're short staffed... and went back to chatting. We will not be back to this store again

Service is usually decent and well informed for the most part. Do miss the movie section. Most of the people are friendly although occasionally a but pushy with sales even when you're definitely not wanting that specific item, after obtaining more info and making a decision already.

I Love Best Buy. They can be more on things than other places but, their sales, they stand behind their products, geek squad is also me. I've bought most of my electronics at Best Buy!!

I had the supposedly “Geek Squad” member Cadan, at the Springfield Ohio store,I said my Att email says it’s out of date, he pulls his cell phone out of his pocket, and says hmm nothing on the internet about it. I’m not a Best BuyGeek Squad member but knew enough to do that myself. He takes my laptop to the back comes out and says, We couldn’t find anything wrong, my suggestion is get a Gmail email. I said your answer to just to get a new email that’s a very incompetent answer, so I’m paying for a geek squad plan to get told use another email. I asked for his name 3 times due to him speaking so low that I couldn’t make it out said is it Cadan he just keeps staring so I don’t even know if I have the correct name. I asked to speak to the manager, the guy I talk to was just as unprofessional as Cadan, he said his name was JT. I told him my email keeps saying out of date, and I told him Cadan’s solution was get a Gmail, JT said we didn’t see any issue, I said I’ll just cancel my Geek Squad plan, contact Best Buy with my dissatisfaction. After getting home I have also decided to post this as a Google review along with social media to keep other potential/existing Best Buy customers from getting scammed as I was today. After this experience sure glad my laptop had to be sent to a service center to have the screen replaced, I would hire that Geek Squad to sell crayons. I need information on how to cancel my Geek Squad plan as I WILL NOT be returning to Best Buy.

Don't buy online from best buy unless you want your phone number sold to spammers that don't take decline as an answer, making you have to pull over on the commute just to block it.
