Compared to when it opened over 20 years ago. It has gotten smaller. Video games were in abundance. Also CDs were in demand. I used to frequent Best Buy in the past. But not like I used to.

Good prices on Best Buy's in-house brand. The salespeople are quick to help. However, they keep so much stock in the aisles that you have to weave in and out to get around the store.

Well Best Buy lost my business today! Spent 4,000 and was supposed to get a delivery today. No call, no email, no delivery. Called CS and was told that my merch didn't arrive at the warehouse, so it couldn't be delivered. Hey Best Buy, did you ever think to let us know!!!!! No, I'm not rescheduling and waiting another 5 days. I will be in tomorrow to get my money back.i

We recently purchased five printers to use for our business. We were having an issue with one of them working. We contacted the store and were talking with the Geek Squad. After 40 minutes of conversation, with none of our questions getting answered, we were told to come to the store, bring the printer and have an appointment with an advanced tech. I set the appointment up, drove 30 minutes and started talking with someone from the store. I asked the same questions to the person helping me to get told that we would have to pay $40 to talk with someone from the Geek Squad. This was to solve a problem that the brand new printer was having and was also something that I was not told about when talking with the person on the phone. They exchanged the printer for a new one, would not answer any questions, unless charging us, and said they would pass along the frustration we had to the Geek Squad. At least I got the printer replaced but I hope we don't have any issues, the customer support is horrible.

Such a terrible experience. We asked a nice enough girl a question about the Play Station backbone and about Play station gift cards. She said she didn't know and didn't bother to go find another associate who did.This was followed by another associate not knowing what Baldur's Gate 3 was, when it won game of the year for 2023. Once again, he didn't bother to ask for another associate who was familiar with what we were asking.
