Brought my mother in laws phone in after calling to get information. Tried to over charge for activation once we arrived at the store. Quoted $35 and they wanted $45 when we arrived. Go to another Boost store out of Springfield.
Update: Spoke to Boost and it’s free to do it through them. So just give them a call or use the app and it will cost you nothing!

The girl that works there with the tattoos is very racist. She calls the police on custumer just because they wanted to switch to another carrier. They also don’t have any clue how to put in a screen protector I would highly stay away from that store and go to Cricket. Horrible people.

The woman at the front desk is very unhinged and the manager supports her Nasty behavior. They took cash from me then charged my card. And they were mad at me for processed my card without my authorization. Unhinged woman and Discusting Behavior.

Just went into your store on Bechtle Ave and I was trying to get help told the girl the account was in my recently deceased son's name and I didn't know what his pass code and she got smart with me. I feel like I was bothering her or something. I WILL be switching to another company that will treat their customers with respect. Goodbye boost I'm done!

If I could give it negative stars I will . Where do I start , terrible place to get your phones from and horrible customer service . Drug addict kept on board and nothing done after multiple complaints . As for a place to work . Nope don't do it unless you enjoy little money, being screwed and feeling powerless . The two females there are good and I wish they'd spread their wings and go somewhere they are appreciated . Poor management and nothing will ever be solved as long as Joe and Mike is there .

??Do not ? go to this place ‼️? they have the worst customer service that I've ever seen? I would not recommend this place to no one....? I've been in there 3 separate times and each time the representative(3 different people.) were so rude? I left and went and did my business elsewhere? TERRIBLE BUSINESS ‼️ I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... ?GO to the one on East main street ‼️
