Bosca offered a lifetime written warranty for the leather product (a front pocket wallet), but once I attempted to redeem the warranty, was merely offered a 20% discount towards the purchase of a replacement. Specifically, that my wallet had damages consistent with normal wear and tear.. I am greatly disappointed.

I needed a very specific wallet that's not "in style" anymore, and my goodness Bosca did not disappoint, what beautiful craftsmanship. Shipping was so fast, it arrived beautifully packaged. I couldn't be happier and while I have to wait until the 25th to see, I'm certain he will be too.

Ordered a wallet from the website and they shipped it somewhere else and told me I put in the wrong address I need to just reorder. I provided proof of my shipping and billing Info with them was indeed correct and they still said I'm wrong. Do purchase from the website. They are horrible for not investigating they situation. I spent 200bucks for nothing. Wish I can put no stars

Purchased a briefcase many years ago from Bosca. By far the best leather ever. Excellent quality and craftsmanship that will last a lifetime. I'm ready for a new piece so will purchase something soon.

Ordered a wallet as a Christmas present a week ago and just received an email today that the wallet is out of stock with no date of it being available. They obviously cannot handle orders properly. This is the first and last time I try and order from them.

I ordered a wallet for my dad for Christmas a week ago and just got an email that the wallet is out of stock. It wasn't out of stock when I ordered it and no explanation. Just that they have no idea when it's going to be back in stock. Poor customer service and will never order from them again.

I have never found better quality than Bosca leather accessories. I've owned purses, wallets, belts, portfolios, computer cases and corporate gift many of their items. I have never had poor customer service and have always had quick response. Very hard to find the quality and service these days with other accessory companies. Bosca leather has delivered and continues to deliver - and I have purchased and used their items for past 30 years. In fact, my original coin wallet from 30 years ago is still in use and loved.

I love the quality of the leather goods that I've purchased from Bosca and I used to love the high-quality paper stock on the note pad refills for the portfolios. However, they recently changed the type of paper that they use for the paper refills. The quality is drastically reduced while ironically the price has not. When I called customer service to inquire about the reason for the change or what my options were, I get no answer on the 800-number, only voicemail. Emails to their customer service department go unanswered and while the positive review I posted over a year ago is still on their website, the three negative reviews I posted about this experience surprisingly never appear. Bad form, Bosca.

A month or two ago we ordered a wallet, which was received slowly but within a reasonable timeframe. When we needed to make an exchange we couldn't print a shipping label off the website, and only after several emails were we told we'd be emailed one promptly. Which never happened, and we paid the shipping ourselves instead. Weeks later we are still waiting to hear whether our returned wallet was even received, let alone the exchange shipped. For how the brand markets itself, they have a lot of learning to do re: the customer service experience. While the look of the original wallet was very nice, we regret spending the $160 with Bosca and hope we don't have to file a claim with our credit card company.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a leather prescription pad as a gift for someone in my company, and I requested in the order for it to be monogrammed with their initials. I received the product a week later and saw that it was NOT monogrammed. I was distraught because the event that I was going to give the gift at was in two days. I immediately called the customer service line, who had the audacity to ask me to email her a PHOTO of the product, saying that sometimes the 'monograms might be hard to see'. Excuse me?! If that's the case, it wasn't monogrammed properly and I would want it redone! The leather item didn't look new either; it had some scuffing and wear on it. It was only after I was sharp with my words and getting to the point of boiling anger that the customer service representative agreed to ship the new product out to me via overnight express service. NEVER purchasing anything from Bosca again.

Haven't yet gotten the wallet that I ordered as a gift but I'm already irritated with this company. When they opened for business again on the 27th of Dec. I called them in regards to the order I placed on the 23rd when they were closed for the holidays. I specifically said I was willing to pay the difference in order to get faster shipping as I wasn't expecting them to be closed on 26th (which is my fault for assuming, which is why I was willing to pay to get it by the end of the week still). I was told that it would still get to me by Friday with the 3 day shipping I paid for and once I got my tracking information it says it won't arrive until Jan. 2nd. Not only that but I had to call just to get that wrong information because my e-mail wasn't replied to. This wallet better be worth the wait.

Do not order from Bosca Accessories. They conduct business in the most unAmerican way. I ordered a wallet, engraved, before their deadline and promise of next day delivery. That was 2 weeks ago, and I still have nothing, despite more empty promises. To top that off, the only way I can seem to get any kind of response is by publicly posting - emails go ignored. Do not waste your money or time. Buy locally. I've provided Bosca with many opportunities to make things right, but they have refused. My husband received no gift, and now we are shopping locally to find one. Thankfully, I paid by Paypal, which does not transfer funds immediately. Terrible company, terrible business.

The company replaced the wallet after I sent it back a second time so I'm upgrading my score, but because of the poor customer service up to this point, I'm holding at three stars.
