KO Storage seems like they really have it together. I called, spoke to Kelly she was very polite. She was also very easy to understand and she spoke with professionalism. I would recommend KO Storage in the future.

Had some issues with the storage unit door not opening. Called customer service. Pushed the number for a call back so I don't have to wait. This was at 2:45pm and I got the call back at 5:55pm. Pretty poor service.

Unfortunately the unit I had ended up getting a leak and these things happen but KO storage in Springfield was quick to help me get a nee unit ASAP and their new lot manager was professional and helpful

It take a minute to find a storage unit considering we were told it was 0042 if he's not told that there was a number on the storage unit but other than that it was okay it had bit small for being the size it's supposed to be but it's okay

So far moving has been a disaster but…KO storage to the rescue. Every time I’ve called (and it’s been a lot) they have an answer and help with kindness and understanding. Thank you Y’all are great!

I have had a unit since September of 2023
Yes i was in default but didnt ever receive notice of lien sale. Went to pay and was i formed that my unit had been sold a week prior. Start digging deeper after they tell me they notified me also by mail. Lie lie lie. Customer service is not to blame because they only know what is sent to them, but let me tell you everyone i spoke to was a complete donkey!! I would like an owner to call me before this goes further, i have all correspondence thru email. Time to make it right KO storage.
