Went in to see if I still had a warranty on my tires or what it would cost to replace one tire and from jump the lady was extremely rude and tried to talk over me then said I was a liar. I will NEVER step foot in that business again!

Had an idiot light on dash saying check tire pressure. Took it into Complete Auto with no appt. Waited a couple of minutes after info taken. Took it right back-end picked up a tiny screw. Took care of all problems regarding this matter at minimal cost. Would recommend them to anyone

I'm sure the work is amazing. If you're not paying an arm and a leg. So, I was given a quote. Ofcourse ita a mechanic, so they'll add tons that you don't need. Understandable. But what I don't get is. I was quoted for tons of work I don't need. But the work I did need I was ok with them doing. So I opted for that work. A wheel hub. It was priced with labor at 448. That's a rip-off. I searched high and low for that price in this region. Couldn't find it. I called the cadillac dealership, and the quote was cheaper!!! A DEALERSHIP!!! I certainly do not want a cheap part. But a 200 dollar markup? Where's the bbb? We have enough price gouging going on by big business, the little man doing it too? They can reply how they want. Say what they want. A DEALERSHIP gave a cheaper quote. And let me add this. It was 448 when it added with all the other stuff I didn't need. But when I only wanted that job done. It shot up to an even 500!! SCAM!!!! the BBB needs to be contacted. Again. I'm sure the work would have been great, but I'm just not a dumb sucker.I was willing to pay the overpriced 448, but the greed of adding that extra 50 out of spite, then when I call the dealership and get better numbers. Nah...nah!! Move along!

I had to get major repairs done to my Accord, and they worked with my Warranty people themselves, so all I had to do was drive it out fixed.
