Had issues with my camera icon missing and phone not recognizing my touch. The 2 gentleman working yesterday, helped a lot. The one that fixed my camera, took a lot of time, lots of patience and kindness to fix the issues.

Don’t do it! I’ll be switching tomorrow, called for tech support and was told they would txt me. They can’t fix service issues in Springfield and this txt FROM CRICKET TECH SUPPORT says exactly why. Can’t even bother to put up new towers. Boost Mobile just put up NEW 5G towers, and still is, come see me at Boost up the block, same parking center! I’ll be switching all of my kids there tomorrow while I’m at work too. Let me help you guys get better service as well!!!! 1063 N Bechtle Ave 🧡

The sales guy told me they only had 1 payment option for phone service and it's $62.00 with tax per month. He said thats the only plan they had. I went home and looked it up and as I thought he lied.

incompetent manager said he couldn't get phone unlocked with puk code went to best buy geek squad gave them the puk code that cricket wireless support gave us and they immediately got it unlocked.
