incompetent manager said he couldn't get phone unlocked with puk code went to best buy geek squad gave them the puk code that cricket wireless support gave us and they immediately got it unlocked.

Shawn ,assisted by Mr. Thompson, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and proficient in helping me select two phones with the exact features we wanted. Compared to other stores this store was full of very helpful and polite personnel. I highly recommend it.

They have a cute way of charging more than the deals they offer. BTW, NO you cannot bring your own phone as advertised. Took in a brand new Samsung A50 and they said it was outdated ( just bought it that day at Walmart) I had no choice but to buy their phone? their cases are $40 but you can get the exact same one on Amazon for $6!!Signed up for the family of 4 for $100, nope! Monthly charge....$177!!!

My mother has been using cricket for 16 years, always pays two months in advance, has five phone lines. She and my father went to get my father a new phone today. Shaun C, instead of putting his SIM card in the new phone, activated a new SIM card with a number for another device on the plan. He did not confirm which number was supposed to be activated.This number was to my 80 year old grandmother who is living on the other side of the country right now, taking care of her terminally ill son. She can't drive and is by no means tech savvy. And now we can't contact her to update her or check on her.We called him to ask what we could do. He was very rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. We had to call tech support through cricket corporate and pay to overnight the new SIM card to her. We'll see how that goes... Thanks to the cricket customer service representative we spoke to, Anne, she helped as best she could, made absolutely certain we were all on the same page, and listened and empathized with our issue. This by no means is a negative remark on the company, I want to be clear, it is this location that you want to steer clear of.And a little secret for you, these people make commission on every sale made, and you absolutely do not need to go to the store for any reason ever. It can all be handled right at home. You can buy cricket or unlocked phones from anywhere, order a SIM card online or buy a SIM card fron Walmart, and set it up online or by phone from your home. Don't pay these people to make major mistakes like that.

I had a great and fast experience at this store. I had Michael serve me and he was absolutely wonderful. He helped me choose a way better phone than the one i wanted that was the same price but so much better. He was very friendly and answered every question for me. The service was fast and he was very patient with me while waiting for my referral to come through to my email. He even helped me go through my email to try to find it. I would definitely reccommend this store to anyone.
