I picked up prescriptions for myself and then my daughter in the drive thru. When she stated the price for mine I said for all 7 prescriptions, because I thought the price was off she said yes. I paid for mine while she was away getting my daughter's I realized I only had 6 so I asked about the 7th after I finished with my daughters transaction. She then informs me she would have to walk all the way over there to do it her register was down. I needed to come in because she couldn't possibly be bothered. How far is over there 10 15 ft. But I can get out disabled and walk in the rain from the parking lot to the back of the store because she's lazy! This is not even the 1st time I've had problems with this store. Honestly if it's not 1 thing it's another. I've had my limit with the rude lazy inconsiderate people you employ! It's ridiculous the lack of common courtesy I have received.....

Take the side a little more user-friendly and put the stuff eligible for over the counter benefits in one page not mixed in to where they know what they can buy

The individuals working at this location are so unprofessional and rude. They take FOREVER to count just a couple pills and then complain to you the customer about whatever their gripe is with your nurse or doctor. Their particular gripe with mine was "they're bombarding the voicemail" with a bunch of prescriptions all at once. Well maybe if you idiots would pick up the phone instead of listening to it ring doing NOTHING about it then want to complain to the customer about it like it's out fault your lazy and miserable. Obviously these guys HATE their job and don't make much money or something. Well quit but don't be rude to me. Swear y'all are going to be rude to the wrong person one day and fuck around and find out your not the only people pissed off in this world. Take a chill pill and treat people with some respect or find a new job.

We have been dealing with this particular CVS for over five years for our prescriptions. Until recently the pharmacy has always answered the question quickly and been responsive and helpful. We recently switched medical insurance and I called today to see if a prescription they have been filling in that five years would be authorized by the new insurance company yet. I waited one hour and five minutes on hold. Once they answered I spoke with an associate I assume with no customer service skills, and didn't get my question answered. She turned me over to the pharmacist, again, I assume, which again had no customer service skills, was short, and didn't answer my questions. So I wanted an hour and five minutes to be dismissed in two minutes. I know Covid has changed the world, but come on CVS, train your employees with customer service skills. I been in sales for over 40 years and if I handled a customer like you did today...I'd lose a customer!

If you want them to dispense the wrong amount, than sure go ahead and use them! The absolute worst pharmacist, Dave Eynon works at this location. No idea how he has a license. I'm sure he is awful to work around as this shows in the techs. Not friendly, not competent. Something needs to be done but In the mean time I will switch my script elsewhere, and suggest others do the same as I work in a local clinic and am often sending scripts there myself.
