Good lord i don't even know why they have a drive through here when they don't even know how to use it! We tried and they failed to tell us until after 30mins of sitting there that we have to come inside

We have been dealing with this particular CVS for over five years for our prescriptions. Until recently the pharmacy has always answered the question quickly and been responsive and helpful. We recently switched medical insurance and I called today to see if a prescription they have been filling in that five years would be authorized by the new insurance company yet. I waited one hour and five minutes on hold. Once they answered I spoke with an associate I assume with no customer service skills, and didn't get my question answered. She turned me over to the pharmacist, again, I assume, which again had no customer service skills, was short, and didn't answer my questions. So I wanted an hour and five minutes to be dismissed in two minutes. I know Covid has changed the world, but come on CVS, train your employees with customer service skills. I been in sales for over 40 years and if I handled a customer like you did today...I'd lose a customer!

If you want them to dispense the wrong amount, than sure go ahead and use them! The absolute worst pharmacist, Dave Eynon works at this location. No idea how he has a license. I'm sure he is awful to work around as this shows in the techs. Not friendly, not competent. Something needs to be done but In the mean time I will switch my script elsewhere, and suggest others do the same as I work in a local clinic and am often sending scripts there myself.

I stopped in to buy a diabetic I'D bracelet They had two, which is two more than Wal Mart. I didn't like either. I didn't think they were of high enough quality for the price they asked.

Very clean store and friendly front store associates. Everything was in stock and checkout was efficient and fast.

One star for the one decent employee there, whom actually offered assistance and truly cared about providing customer service. 2 days of a run around and not a single person there couls offer any real help. I wasted an entire day based on bad information given to me by a CVS employee. Lesson learned, first time at CVS in years and I quickly remember why our whole family uses Walgreens.
