This was a horrible place to go. I walked out crying from how upset I was. I spent 3 hours here and spent 77.53 dollars for this. The glitter hardly shows and the blue. The curve is sloppy. Before these nails I went to a place in Urbana and got a full set and they got me done in 30 minutes maybe to a hour. Thats ridiculous and Im never going there again😒😒😒

At first, I was very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure. The last time I had gel nail polish put on, it lasted for a month, even the French manicure on my hands. I left this nail salon pleased. The technician was pleasant and efficient.
Then 5 days later, my fingernails began chipping away. (See pics) I called the salon on Friday , I had the services done the previous Sunday. I asked what their policy was for unsatisfied customers to find out customers only had 3 days to come back in, after that it was too late.
It just stinks that I finally decided to treat myself only to be back to my plain old fingernails in less than a week, with no attempt to try and make anything right.

Never open on time, quality going downhill, always pressing for cash payment so they don't have to claim it. Done with them. Finding new nail salon.

I made an appointment online. Lee took me in just a few minutes. She was engaging and most importantly a true professional! I got a full set french acrylic mani and French gel pedi. Stunning and they look beautiful! They have new pedi chairs and a fresh look to the inside of the salon. Highly recommend

Sat for an hour and a half for a basic set of one colored acrylics. He left gel polish on both of my fingers, didn’t carry acrylic down to my base nail and every nail is a different size and shape. Horrible set. I do not have time to sit for ANOTHER hour and half for a new set tonight.

My first review. but it was so bad I had to write one.I left here in tears, the lady that did my nails spoke no English at all! I did not know this untill the end after she kept messing up my nails. although that was no excuse for the horrible job she did. I broke 1 nail so all she had to do was that one nail and polish them, she glued the nail all the way down by my cuticle, and u can see through it. it looks awful. The polish looks terrible, black French tips are different sizes on every nail and that was after the 3rd time repolishing them. not to mention she was sooooo
slow! another girl came in an hour after me and got a full set and was done 30 mins before me. getting ur nails done should be fun and happy not stressful and upsetting. I went in happy and excited and left crying.

Not impressed. Wanted a pedicure, lady could not speak English to ask what I wanted. She cut and filed my toe nails then put lotion on and then back in the water. Which she then rinsed, dried and polished.
Requested style: She didn’t speak to me
Specialities: Ask for a polish and they didn’t have it. Kept telling me to do gel polish. I told her and the other lady working, I did not want gel.
Cleanliness: She used nippers on me and then as she was cleaning up, she put the same nippers in the area for her next client.

I showed up, no appointment with nails that were JACKED UP!!! Years of neglect and nail biting. Le and crew sat me down and got to business. I didn’t feel embarrassed or a problem- just the opposite I felt like I was getting special attention. My nails are beautiful, I got teary eyed. If you work with your hands and still want to have beautiful nails that last Le is the woman to see!!

She took me in with out an appoinment, thankfully she wasn't busy. My nails quite honestly came out better then I've ever had. They are absolutley beautiful I LOVE THEM!!! And she didn't hurt me! Pictures don't do them justice.

Le does my nails and she does an amazing job
Requested style: I get a design and it always matches what I want in my head she never fails to amaze me
Stylist: My stylist was amazing I showed her a picture and my nails were perfect every time

My Pedi tech was great. He was sweet, chatty and did a really great job. I had taken my granddaughter along for her first manicure and the lady who did hers was only so-so.
Cleanliness: They did seem very clean.

Did an acrylic fill in with clear topcoat and I love them. I had an interview and where I applied doesn't allow colored polish so now I can still at least do this!!
