Was down on luck and went here as a last resort. They allowed other guests to harass my fiancé and tried to make us change rooms. When I went to the other room I automatically checked for evidence of any type of bugs. When I lifted the cover on mattress there was blood stains. I refused to sleep in there after seeing that and they kicked us out.

Terrible, terrible, turrible and to characterize it even the roaches, rats, centipedes moved out when Gabe bought it! Rougher than a cob, more like sandpaper than Cottonelle Unless you're recently homeless on the streets of NYC you don't wanna stay here!

After several days of camping, the low rate lured us in even through everything looked run down at first glance. Once in the room, the creepiness set in as we showered and got ready for bed--we killed several tiny flying insects, noted the mildew in the shower, the lumpy carpet and the broken light cover over the bathroom light. The sheets barely covered the bed and there was no blanket...just a thin spread. Needless to say, after about a hour in the room trying to convince ourselves we could make it through the night, the creepiness became too much and we left and found another hotel. We should have read the reviews but did not have access to wifi while camping...won't proceed without reading reviews again.

Sheriff Gene Kelly has reported that over 100 incidents have occurred in just the first 5 months of 2016. The rooms are shabby, completely ridden with bed bugs, showers are nasty with non existent water pressure. Visitors to Springfield, Ohio beware!!! You will be safer sleeping in your car in the Walmart parking lot or renting a campsite further east up the route. This place is scary even for someone who has lived in downtown Cleveland, downtown Las Vegas. This is no place for decent human beings.

Not nice at all..... the carpet in my room was SOAKED from the rain the night before..... the room must have been flooded.... Ancient TV..... Did not feel overly safe..... I crawled on the top of the bed and used my own blanket..... I did sleep well but did not want to use their sheets..... Looked like some 'shady' characters rented by the week....I was exhausted..... it worked..... Most people would have run for the hills.....

First off, the shower had no water pressure, barely a trickle. The tv picture was so bad it was unwatchable. I woke up at 4 am, with bites all over me, and spent over an hour trying to get someone up at the office, and then was told, no refunds!
