Had a custom installation. Damaged my vehicle had it for about a week cost almost 2k in labor and I redid half of it. Horrible never get anything installed here

I don't think I would take my car there because my cousin took his car there and that guy didn't do that good of a job he was in a hurry on everything they didn't put the right equipment in they said they was going to do I'm sorry but I got to give him a two-star but if you're going in there to buy something it's ok but don't have them in put everything in.

Great shop! Good inventory of speakers, speaker boxes and CD players. Their installer, Drew, went above and beyond to install my touchscreen Bluetooth player. It looks awesome. I highly recommend this shop for your car audio needs!

They don't do installs unless you buy from them which is terrible we want a shop in Springfield that does all that bring your own brands money gotta be made.

I had an excellent experience at Drive 1 customs. The young man helping me, Andrew, was knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot what would be the best option for my partner’s radio. He also helped me navigate what would save me money and was able to get everything installed quickly. I had the car back the same day. I will continue to use Drive 1 for all of my car customization needs!
