Someone stole my debit card info and sent an item to this store under the name Andrew. No one would just send it to a random location it most likely is someone who works there or someone related to an associate. Owner/manager just happens to be out of town and unavailable to speak with. Never even been to Ohio. Very shady.

I ordered $600 of parts online. They charged my card right away and then I didn't hear anything for weeks. I called and emailed multiple times to try to cancel, but they never responded. My order did eventually arrive 6 weeks later, but the bearing kit I bought was missing a part that was advertized as included.
Don't waste your time with these people.

Bought close to 19,000.00 in parts , only had a couple small issues that were parts vendor issues which they promptly resolved with complete satisfaction. Paul and Andrew have been super to work with through my build and patient as well , as I knew nothing about this build and helped quite a bit explaining questions I had

You know great place . I have spent a lot of money there . They always have everything and they ship real fast . Out of all the money I have spent I have had only two things that needed some customer help . Totaling maybe 30 bucks . I’ve called and it’s like I might as well just eat it and just order another one . The person’s I talk to can’t help and Brian seems to be the only one that has any authorization to do anything. Then you have jump throw all these hoops . Not had any luck with customer service help.

I have bought every body panel, molding, rubber, trim piece and interior component for my 51ford pickup. This is and will be my go to place,. The employees are great guys and gals and always a pleasure to see at the F100 shows in Pigeon Forge every year. I would give them 10 Star's if I could.

I stopped in to get some parts for my 1941 Ford Pickup and these guys are AWSOME The service is outstanding! The parts I have been looking for they just happened to have made but haven't made it to them yet. They made a phone call I had to go pick up the parts at there other shop and the fellow waited for me to get there after they closed. I would recommend The Early Ford Store to everyone that needs Ford parts. Thanks for making my Holiday! Merry Christmas! And a BIG THANKS!
