We have always used a certain shop in town, but when it comes to certain jobs alot of shops won't do it. We purchased parts to do the catalytic convert and the sensors but had a very difficult time removing old part. So out of a whim We stopped in and asked if he would do the job although we had parts already. He took on the job and our truck feels normal again and runs alot better. Bestvpart is it's more quieter. He may seem rough on the edges and may come off as rude but he got the job done and in a good time frame all in the same day. Even gave a decent tip because small businesses like this are disappearing left and right and I feel like his business is worth keeping around especially when I feel he was reasonable in pricing compared to places like PitStop and Firestone which are places who usually turn down jobs for us.

I am tired of sending customers to him. My best friend recommended them, but every customer I have sent there an found them to be rude. The rudeness it to a point that you just can't work with them. The last customer said she smelled fuel, but she was smelling exhaust from a leaking exhaust by the manifold. She brought it to me and I verified there was no fuel leak. She took it back and he said I didn't know what I was talking about. I have been a diagnostic tech for a while. I am the guy the dealers call when they cant figure it out. I mostly work mobile. I also work out of my garage and report all of my income and pay taxes on it. I have a vendors license. If you put a fuel pressure gauge on and pressurize the system and it has no loss in pressure over a 1/2 hour, it has no fuel leak. It smells rich because it is the newer GM 3.5, that is based of the 3.9, and the VVT solenoid is bad so it is running in open loop. She doesn't want that fixed. It is an old car, she just wants to keep it going and get the donut gasket fixed on the manifold. I don't normally do exhaust work, but I may have to as there are no good shops left in Springfield doing it.

Worse place to go for anything. Rude guy, lied to us. Don't seem like they get much business anyways, only having one guy working. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Went in with a loud muffler. They showed me issue gave me price had me out the door in 30 min at price quoted. Even check other things to be sure i was good. Very friendly.

This place only takes walk-ins and they are 30 minutes away, but we're fast and friendly. Best thing is they fixed an exhaust issue that other places had not been able to for 2 years! And it didn't break the bank. Had car back same day and it's all fixed. They were careful with my car, patient in explaining the issue to me, and very communicative about everything along the way. Will never have exhaust work done elsewhere again!

Muffler brothers wanted to charge me over $200 to repair my Muffler but Exhaust Warehouse did it for $100! Very impressed with Exhaust Warehouse and will return in the future!!
