From the start the staff was very helpful, explained processes & possible discounts. This bldg is always clean, well-lit, secure (codes/cameras). They consistently check to see if you remembered to lock your door properly & contact you if not. It's climate controlled so nothing melts or freezes. They offer cartons & packing materials at a good price. I can highly recommend them.

By far the best storage facility around. The cost of a unit is within the means of budget-friendly situation and is by far the cleanest of five other storage facilities that I had visited.

Dropping score from five to three stars. Was a customer for years and they raised prices many, many times. Ended up paying nearly double per month than when I started. Facility is modern and convenient. Unfortunately has mice. Found a lot of mouse damaged items when we moved out.
