It was a mess. There was boxes in the aisles, items that should be hanging up laying all over the place, and no organization whatsoever. Everything was just thrown everywhere! Also the staff were rude and the one woman was blocking the aisle and ignored me like she couldn't see that I was trying to walk past! I'm being generous with two stars!!

Store AC is not working and hasn’t for weeks now ! It’s ridiculous how hot it is in the store. Not welcoming at all. Feel horrible for the staff that has to work there. ?

Employees are working hard right now suffering as wells as customers with no air conditioning the company needs to do something about this! 90+ degreees!!!!!

The North Limestone location in Springfield Ohio desperately need their air conditioning system fixed!!!! The employees are the real MVP’s for having to endure the heat daily since their system failed. Their saying the company will not fix it. That is unacceptable!! Do better for your employees! They deserve it!

As a customer I see how miserable it for us and the employees with having no air we shouldn’t be sweating while shopping and they shouldn’t be sweating while cashing us out !

Wrong product in the packaging. I bought what was suppose to be a Colypso phone at the N. Limestone family dollar. Instead of the Colypso phone in the box there was a LG phone in the box. I called AT&T the guy I spoke to said it was on family dollar to replace the phone and call the main AT&T office. The store manager said no it's AT&T's place to make it right. I took the phone to the W. Main St location they was going to replace for me but they didn't have the Colpyso I bought so the store manager at the W. Main St location called the Family Dollar at the S. Limestone location and they exchanged the phone for the right phone. Will not be going back to N. limestone family dollar. Costumers make sure your getting what you are suppose to be getting B4 you check out. They will not exchange a lot of items.
