This Family Dollar is a lot cleaner then the one next to my house ( Wittenberg) and that's why we go there. The staff are very helpful and the isles are actually clear and there's more room for parking. Yes, I'm a horrible driving when it comes to backing up. I don't like the fact that you can't take ur cart outside tho so for that, they get 4.5 Stars

Horrible staff. Rude. Disrespectful. Dismissive. I gave it several chances and everytime I go in there the staff ring stuff up wrong price. No customer service number to call family dollar is a joke.

i was in there to get dog food and some snacks for myself. i bought hersheys brand triple chocolate cupcakes and they tasted HORRIBLE. i got home and checked the date to see if that was the case. best if used by August 26th 2024. today is September 3rd 2024. no wonder it was bad!! don’t sell food if you’re not going to replace the old with new!

Literally never open. We have 3 family dollars in town and they treat their employees so god awful that the employees just dip, then they have no employees. Pointless waste of architecture. Give another store a chance. They'll probably be able to open the store consistently

Store employees at this location are rude and disgusting! They use repeated foul language, and need training in customer service. The supposed manager Virginia said I was a child when I asked to be addressed without foul language. She shouted several expletives, and said I could leave if it bothered me. I know Family Dollar has closed several stores. With employees like this, they should close this one, not to mention the poor cleanliness in this location.

First time visiting this particular family dollar and I was very pleased with my experience. I had to travel some way to get to this family dollar and I was very happy to see they had plenty of stock of everything from candy to cat food. The store was clean and well organized which is not usually the case for other locations I've visited. The staff was friendly and the check out process smooth.\\n\\nI was very very pleased with my experience and if I'm in the area again I will certainly visit this location again

Family Dollar Always has what I'm shopping for. There is a Family Dollar right around the corner from where I live & that's a great thing since my car is not running at the moment. My daughter has one close to her & she goes there often & always finds what she needs, too✌️????

Thank you for having great customer service when the family dollar on N. Limestone tried to stick me with the wrong product that was in the package and wouldn't allow me to exchange the item even after just five minutes of buying it. I don't know if it was AT&T fault or family dollar store on N. Limestone but I do know I will shop at S.Limestone family dollar and spend a little more in gas before I ever go back to N. Limestone family dollar again.

The store is filthy and with roaches the size of a lumberjacks thumb, I definitely wouldn't recommend going in there, because you don't want to take any roaches home with you. I would give zero stars, but the people working here are nice and fast. I feel bad that they are forced to work in these conditions.
