After waiting in line witnessing questionable customers being assisted without issues, I was refused assistance with cashing my money order. As a customer for over 5 years with a regular direct deposit and multiple accounts this is unacceptable. I was able to go to another bank , open a new account, and get it cashed. Do better! I will be closing all my accounts. Fifth third needs to reevaluate their practices and procedures.

I bank at Pickerington Ohio and I must say…THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST BRANCH IN AMERICA. IT’S NOT THE CUSTOMERS IT THE EMPLOYEES.
They blame the Haitians people for the slow service. BS…hire someone that can speak their language(s). There is ALL white people here. How can YOU help someone that speaks another language.

10 dollars for a cashier check! Then they told the kid next to me they wouldn’t break a hundred dollar bill without a business account. Good old 53 bank, land of FEES FEES FEES, making things a 53 worst every time I deal with them.

Had great experiences until one week I was asked a bunch of security questions I’ve never been asked in my 20 years of using fifth third, Dawn was quiet rude and repeatedly had me input my credentials because “the computer kept logging her out” on top of telling me when I was done and not asking if I had any other business to conduct. Attitude and snotty tones will have me switching to Huntington next week

They refuse to notarize deed transfers. Not sure how they handle wealth or estate management if they’re too inept to handle an attorney created deed transfer. Another example of why 53 is the worst bank in the planet.

New to the banking family at 5/3 and I just wanted to say that Brandy and JEN at the bank are so awesome they treat you with special care and make you feel as comfortable about banking! Very professional every time I need help with something they are knowledgeable keep up the fantastic work ladies!

If you’re a business owner, stay away. This branch was great at first, until they wanted to sell me a WorldPay device. I was interested in it because I thought it would be beneficial to my new business. It was not. After two days of receiving the device, I asked to return the device because it just didn’t make sense for my business. Once the rep noticed I didn’t need the device, Johnny slow rolled me for weeks and ended up charging me for the device, although the device was never used or registered. Day 2, I asked to return it, and day 38 I was charged for the device. I’m still not sure how 6 weeks passed by without them canceling the device but here we are. Because of weeks passing by, fee’s incurred and they wanted me to pay over $350 in fees due to their mistake and poor customer service. Why would I pay fee’s on something you failed to handle?I spent almost two months trying to resolve the issue and Jennifer did nothing but refund $64 in fees. None of these fees were because of me. Only from this device. The device could be cancelled at anytime so I don’t understand why this issue wasn’t resolved the firstOr even second time I came into the bank.Unfortunately, there isn’t much of a concern for small business owners unless you buy their products. Their “hands are always tied” when they have failed to do their part in the first place. After countless calls and trips to the branch, nothing was ever fixed as promised and I don’t trust this bank. I recommend staying away from the branch and going elsewhere. They truly don’t care. Horrible experience.Also, PNC is wonderful. I totally recommend them or a credit union if you’re a small business owner.
