Tried to scam my wife by telling her it was their policy to only change all four tires at once and then quoted her more than the value of the work and tires without even showing her any issues with the tire or explaining anything to her while I was on the phone with her ( also after taking my vehicle to another location we found out all four valve stems had been loosened and caps barely put back on) it’s places like this that give mechanics a bad name

Had an appointment for an oil change. My truck holds 9 quarts. I asked the price for the oil change and he told me $134. I asked if that was for 9 quarts and Brandon said 5. He made the adjustment and then said it would be $184. I asked if they had a coupon or something. He said “Not in front of me”. I declined the price and went outside. I looked on my phone and pulled up a coupon for $59 for a synthetic oil change up to 5 quarts. I figured another $30-40 for more oil. He told me “that brought it down a little, it will be $134”. It was 6:15 and they priced their self out of an oil change because they didn’t want to fool with it. I wanted an oil change, not main bearings rolled in. I wouldn’t let this place work on anything.

I am still trying to get my bill corrected because the store worker did not give me credit for my lifetime wheel alignment and charged my husband 129.00. now the store manager will not help us and we are expected to pay our credit card bill now. ihave been using firestone for almost 15 years but if this is not corrected i will find a company more honorable.

Worst experience ever with Firestone! I went to get my cv joint replaced. They replaced that, a tie rid end and did an alignment. A month down the road while I was driving the piece that is apart of the alignment snaps. The mechanic told me it was bc they didn’t tighten it after the alignment and had NEVER seen that piece snap in 30 years. Thankfully I wasn’t on the highway when it broke.

o stars would be more like it. they ripped me off for $2500 for a timing chain. my car was worse off after they were done. the guy told me that it wasn't part of the engine and wouldn't be covered under warranty. he was wrong about both. do not trust these guys with anything. straight crooks

I made appt for alignment for 3pm.
Haven’t heard anything from them before store closed. Brandon said he isn’t sure when it will be getting done. He doesn’t have any customer service experience bc he doesn’t talk at all unless you ask him questions. Otherwise it’ll be dead silent on the phone.
Car may be ready for tomorrow. Bc he wasn’t sure when it be done. You can’t make appt with customer and not work on it til couple days later. Thats not how it work. Poor management.

I had a bad TPMS sensor. They wanted to charge around $250 to replace it plus the $56 to read the bad sensor, went somewhere else and they replaced it for $80 parts and labor.

Made an appointment at 9am on Thursday and they kept my car for three days just to do a job that took 2 hours!!! Even came to a point where the guy doing it was lazy and waited till the next day to finish it up. Never going there again. Wouldn’t suggest it unless you don’t got work

I stopped in today to get a inspection because i thought my ignition switch was going bad well they said it was the starter that the starter went out as soon as they tried to start it and no lights wer coming on ok cool but then they tried to charge almost 500$ for that but heres the real kicker i said ill be back on friday when i get paid they said well we would have to figure out how to get the car home ect i figured that but we decided to try to start it less then a minute it started they also said they had to take the tires off funny part is i got locking lug nuts so lieing to your customers is not a good look 0/10

I came in for an appointment to put new tires on my vehicle at 10am
They said it should done within an hour. They took almost to 2pm to get my tires put on. 4 hours past then my initial appointment. Other than that. They put my tires on and they did a great job.

Been taking cars and buying tires there for awhile, always had a decent experience until recently. Bought 2 40,000 mile tires for my minivan. 27,000 miles they were almost bald. Not unevenly worn just completely worn. Took the van in to have them replaced and check on warranty. The guys says its my fault because the tires weren't rotated regularly and they won't warrant them at all. Never had that issue in all the years I have been driving and all the tires I have purchased. Will not return, they have lost all of my business over not honoring the warranty and giving me a discount on the purchase of additional tires.
