Beth was very helpful and was able to get a large embroidery order completed on very short notice. She was professional and did everything she could to accommodate each of my requests. She was the only company in town able to complete an order before Christmas. Great customer service and would gladly recommend this company.

***Edited to respond to response below. This is inaccurate as you first told me you refunded coach and ask them then immediately admitted to only initially providing partial refund and was waiting to refund the rest to the coaches (they can’t refund what they don’t have). I didn’t eventually get my refund from the coaches. You refunded me and asked me to remove my review on here. Which I would have done until you responded with inaccurate information.***
Extremely disappointed. A group order was placed in end of November/December-ish. Order was never received. Had to fight tooth and nail to get back our refund (which still isn’t in hand). I’m shocked at the level of how unprofessionally this was all handled by the staff at Flashions. I was promised returned calls etc. Which I never received. Waiting on a refund for months after you couldn’t deliver on a product was INSANE!

Couldn’t provide product or refund money to customers in timely manner. Still haven’t received refund or product. Payment was provided in mid November in full. Now from what I’ve been hearing, they have a lot of unsatisfied customers. Please do your research before buying or shopping there!!!

Great place to do business with. I had to shirts and hoodies made. Took my shirts with my existing logo and layout on to have printed on better quality shirts. They placed a shadow behind my business name and logo to really make it pop. Way better than what I had. I didn't open the package for around a week after completion and realized that some of the quantities and sizes were wrong. Called Beth and even though her vendor order said it was correct and their count was correct, she still agreed to print what was missing to make it right. The quality of products are better than anything I've seen, and their customer service is absolutely great. Pricing is the same as everywhere else, so this is by far the best place around to get you to shirts, hoodies, and other print items done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We ordered promotional T-shirts from Flashions and they turned out well. Beth responded to emails quickly, was willing to explore different pricing options, and executed the designs we picked out perfectly. The shirts look great and are soft and comfortable. Would love to work with Flashions again!

Firstly, I will say that the product I ordered is of good quality and was done correctly. That is worth the 1 star. Every other aspect of this company is a fiasco. There was an issue with the factory that produced the varsity jacket ordered- I do not fault Flashions for that nor take it into account in my poor rating. (My order took over 8 months)They do not communicate unless you initiate it. They are unapologetic and seem to not even be concerned that they have not communicated any updates or that you have not received a product of which you have ordered and pre-paid several hundred dollars. They make zero attempt to compensate you in any way for delays or problems.I would not use this company for anything unless there is a change in ownership. I hesitate in saying that the customer service was bad because it was plain nonexistent. It is very clear that they do not care about their customers and stay in business due only to lack of local options.
