I love this car wash, I went to all of the self service car washs in Springfield and none come close to this one. Everything worked really good and the brushes was new and not dirty and not hard like others I visited. Also they have the triple foam conditioner that is a must and the wax I was surprised with, I always apply my own wax at the end but I really liked there was and did not have to use as much of mine in the end. I highly recommend this car wash. These was after washing it and even driving it with out putting any of my own stuff on.

Very rude customer service on-site. Soft Touch machine wouldn't start.

Very clean establishment with friendly employees. All the equipment worked and there is a number to call on the door if you have any issues. They will take care of it.

The soft touch was not working so I used the touch free. Waste of $15 because my car is still dirty ?

Touchless auto wash got a lot of the grime off but was not able to remove most of the bugs from the front bumper or windshield. Not bad for a quick touchup but not enough water pressure to do a deep clean.

I was just there 6/1/24 paid with my card and it was around 5.50 to clean my matts and they charged my card 10.00$ don’t pay with card what a rip off!!
