Prices are way too high . It seems to be a trend now at all the local Goodwills . Most of the workers at this location are nice and manager is also very nice . Purses way overpriced especially Vera Bradley . Goodwill has turned into a Plato’s closet except goodwill gets everything for free .

7/27/24 8:01 am the lady that was at the cash register with the ponytail and mustache is rude. She opens her mouth and speaks to all the Caucasians that comes in but says nothing to people of color. If she is having a bad day or can't handle customer service and we know Ohio is worse than down south then maybe she doesn't need to be working. Now she plays victim. It's 2024 this racism needs to STOP

Fairly okay selection. Some of the aisles are a bit narrowed and cluttered so you will struggle to get in an aisle to look at something is the store is busy. Prices are a little outrageous, especially when they received the goods via donations. Pretty clean otherwise.

Be careful! I was in there yesterday and bought 7 vases. 5 of them were 0.99 cents and 2 of them were 2.99 and the lady checking me out charged me 2.99 for 6 vases and 0.99 cents for one vase. I was overcharged by $8. I’m not sure if it was intentional or what but my whole order was only 7 vases and she must have recounted them at least 3 times.

Sign states flip flops are only 1.99 unless otherwise marked. Lady charged me 4.99 for each pair I got. I question why I was charged more and she states that only for the “cheap” flip flops that they get mass shipped to them. For a place that gets everything for free it’s a joke and a ripoff.
