I have been taking my daughter (now 3.5 years old) to see Jessica for about 2 years. She's so patient with my little one and her hair always looks fantastic afterwards. I love that my daughter is excited when it's time to go for a trim.

derr road location has rude women workong there. no personality. showed up after signing in online and was qouted 18 min then got there when i was supposed to only to wait 40 minutes. Another guest complained and walked out only to be made fun of by rude staff. Mine and my sons business will go elsewhere. This was just pathetic? they close at 7 and i logged in online at 530. if you hate your jobs then please quit so they can find someone who actually wants to work there.
