I would leave zero stars if I could. We brought our boys in for their hair cuts. They all three asked for a fade their hair style. Needless to say none of them walked out with a fade. Our middle son walked out in tears his hair cut was nothing he asked for. It is a shame that we are paying professionals for their services and they are unable to complete the task. There is no reason our boys should be leaving the salon in crying. We had three different hair stylist and not one of them got the job done or right.

Customer service was good but they did not blend my layers at all and they are very choppy and uneven so I now have to go to a different hair salon to get it fixed because they can’t do their job. Will never come here again

Worst haircuts EVER! These girls are cosmetologists not barbers. If you want a real haircut go to a barbershop. Great Clips sucks.

I got a horrible hair cut at great clips in piqua Ohio. My girl Candice fixed it she is amazing. I now will stay with Candice at great clips on Tuttle road in Springfield Ohio.

I started out with a girl named Breanna who didn't know what she was doing. Then a lady Kim came over and chopped the heck out of my hair. All I wanted was long layers and tapered around the face. I asked for 2-3 inches cut off the back and she took 4-5 inches. I went back to have the taper around my face to be fixed and fix the uneven hair in the back. It's still uneven and I'm afraid to go anywhere to have my hair cut now. My hair was down to my butt and now it's shorter than I wanted. If you want a bad haircut go to Great Clips on Tuttle in Springfield

A hair stylist messed up my hair royally but the manager chastity was amazing and helped me come to conclusions with my hair. For now on her and I have a great style for me to go with I'm very much happy with her and the other stylist they are great except that one stylist won't mention her name out of respect.

I go to Tarany White when i get my haircut. She's very professional and doesn't rush through the haircut. Always helpful helping me decide what i want to do with my hair and is very patient with me. she always makes sure i leave satisfied everytime. If anyone's looking for a new stylist she is your lady!!

The staff is always welcoming when you first step in. I have the pleasure of having Tarany cut my hair and what is there not to say, told her what I wanted and Bam!!! I look like I’m 20 years old again. Male, female, kids, shoot she can probably cut your dogs hair. Either way I recommend you go see her. She has a forever client over here. Thanks again T and I’ll see you in a couple weeks

Don’t ever go here and ask for an inverted bob or graduated bob because they don’t know how to do them period! Lesson learned ?
