My family has used Mann & sons for over 15+ years. My husband and I bought our first home a year ago since we moved they have consistently once or twice a quarter not picked up our trash. I call them the next morning as I work until they close and they apologize but say they can’t pick up the trash until the next week.

I'm normally not one to write reviews but honestly I have the best trash man. Sometimes I forget to put my trash out and it builds up and I almost feel bad setting out a variety of buckets and bags but these guys always take everything and come on time. I am super satisfied with the service and appreciate the consideration they give to me as a customer 10/10!

Decent prices, with mediocre customer service. They only employ two office workers and one is very rude. You must pay over the phone no online payments.

For weeks their guys manage to bust open the bags and leave trash all over the front of my house. I double bag with the inside bag tied up and the outside bag wrapped several times with electrical tape and they still manage to bust open those bags and leave a mess all over the front of my house and neighborhood. I beginning to think this is some kind of fun game to them. They have one job to do and consistently fail at it. I’m going to do business with another company from now on.

I’ve had this company for a month and I’ve had to call them twice to pick up my trash one week they didn’t even pick it up. I have my own cans but because they “arnt the right color it confuses the driver” 75$ waisted and definitely getting a new service after this 3 months is done. I guess not small company can be as reliable as Vince’s was

They supposedly offer "curbside recycling", but I've watched them through trash and recyclables into the same truck for several weeks now. False advertising and environmental irresponsibility!
