There are only a few hotels to choose from in this area, but this Hilton hotel is conveniently located near shopping and the main highway. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which featured excellent service; the food was very good, and the facilities were kept clean and well-stocked throughout the entire breakfast period. The rooms were clean and spacious as well.
I did encounter one issue with my booking; fortunately, the Hilton compensated me for the mistake. However, I am still curious about how my reservation was so confused. It wasn't just my booking—other family members experienced the same problem. Additionally, the event room that my nephew rented for his daughter's graduation party was overbooked, causing his guests to wait while the venue was being set up for the celebration.
The Hilton brand has always been one of my favorites, but this stay left a bad impression on me and my family. We were visiting Springfield for a high school graduation, but the way our reservations were billed, you would have thought we were visiting a five-star resort instead.
I would rate the hotel a 3.5 out of 5, primarily due to the treatment I and my family received from the hotel manager, Ms. Mynon Gregory. It often felt as though she was dismissive of my concerns, and she did not adequately communicate our situation to other staff members, leaving them uninformed about our issues while she was not available during the weekend dates we were there. Ms. Gregory may require more training on guest relations!

Exceptionally nice staff (Micheal specifically). My room had glass shower and modern bathroom. Better than most Hamptons I’ve stayed at recently.

I spent two nights here in early April. I cannot say enough about the desk guy named Michael, he was so informative, friendly, funny, and ready for whatever I needed. My visit to Ohio was for a very sad occasion, but when I returned to the hotel he would greet my sister and I with such joy, that it uplifted us. He is the reason I became a Hilton Member. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Thank you Michael. Lisa

Customer service unwilling to address night time noise and partying next door despite several cameras at front desk. Doing their job ?Common areas not too clean with no supplies in bathroom on first floor and garbage cans overflowing. . After nearly 11000 miles driven since January and being a loyal and frequent supporter and customer of your chain, this was the most unrestful night and the front desk customer service less than desirable with rude demeanors abounding. No teaming evident with shift change.

A marching band was allowed to practice on the parking lot until after 9:30 PM. The kids then ran around the halls until 11:00 PM. If you see tour busses STAY AWAY!
