Used to be a great little store but the staff behavior just gets stranger and stranger. While I was being ignored at the pickup counter, I overheard one of the other pharmacy staff being rude to a customer on the phone. After the counter worker (who wasn't on the phone, just standing there) was done pretending to ignore me, she hands me my prescription and tells me to go up front. Guess I can't just pay there. I go up front and the desk clerk there tells me to go pay at the beer store, because she's on the phone. Being aloof must just be a requirement to work here nowadays. All while the owner, Dwight, is standing there allowing this to unfold, seemingly unfazed. At least the Beer store kid was nice though. But I'll probably switch to Amazon pharmacy and get my beer somewhere which has a better selection (all they have is Michelob!)

I use to LOVE this place but they recently changed some policies and now I’ll be switching pharmacies. What a shame !

Not the helpful, hometown pharmacy they want you to believe they are. Refused to accept transfers from another local pharmacy in town. Scripts didn't need filled at this time, just transferred to another pharmacy as the owner of the other pharmacy is retiring. They told me to go to Big Pharma instead.

This pharmacy has taken great care of me and family members for years. They truly care about every person that walks in. Always fast on filling my prescriptions and very courteous.

Very disappointed, I gave these guys a shot because I like supporting small local businesses. I get COVID and when I need them to fill my Paxlovid prescription, they don’t carry it. Then they can’t be bothered to transfer my prescription somewhere that DOES carry it. UPDATE : they did call and check to see if I got this sorted out, after my bad review. I appreciate that, but it’s still true that they could have transferred my prescription to a bigger pharmacy without me having to get the doctor to resend directly. This caused me to miss a dose, and with Paxlovid time matters.

Unfortunately, my mother who is very ill and old and a lot of pain and we are so blessed to still have alive has to be on pain medication and already has to go to a pain clinic and feel some kind of way. We were treated very poorly by Dwight because my mother has to have pain medication filled and they dropped the ball, transferring the rest of her medication’s to another pharmacy, who would not fill what she needed anymore and he refuses to do it anymore Yelled at us. You need to learn some humanity and some compassion for your customers people are already suffering Mr. Dwight we will not be back.
