After my first experience with Hooten Automotive, I will never go back to another establishment we used for many years.
Their prices are very fair, communication is great and their due diligence was well beyond normal and greatly appreciated.

I brought my car in at 9:30 am with some brake and rotor issues and they were able to get my car fixed and done by 4:50 pm. They were running a Mother’s Day special so the total cost was much cheaper than I’d originally imagined. Brad was very helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a reliable local business that treats their customers like family, this is it. I’m moving out of town next week and am fully prepared to drive back to Springfield for Hooten if I have any other car issues come up. I’d recommend to anyone!

The only place I take my personal and commercial vehicles!! Honest, great work & pricing on repairs. They won't take advantage of you by trying to charge you for things you don't need TRUST ME! The lady that works the desk was very friendly too.

Took truck in to find out why service lights were on, they found that problem but also another that I was unaware of, truck repaired in a timely manner and at a fair price. Very nice people to deal with, will return with any future mechanical issues
