Not even worth going into every detail. But they quoted us at $7000, a thousand if which was our deductible. Only spent 1500 in parts and didn't even do everything that was on the insurance claim. And our truck hasn't been right since we got it back.

After hitting a deer & having lots of damage to our van Jack's was amazing & fixed it up. Very nice customer service, took longer than we would have liked but no fault of Jack's, was due to parts taking awhile to get to them but they kept us updated. Hopefully won't need them again, but will only be going here in the future if needed.Services: Electrical

They fixed my vehicle within 2 weeks. Had to wait until the insurance company showed up before fixing it. I will go back if I have any other damage to my vehicles

The family that runs Jack's Autobody are some of the most genuine and down to earth people out there. The technicians do great work. I swear my car drove better after the accident than it did before the accident! When it comes to customer service, they seriously went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. A lot of the time if you're needing any type of work done by skilled tradesmen nowadays, it's easy for some places to take your bad situation and milk it for more money with no remorse, leaving you none the wiser. Not at Jack's! They operate with integrity, transparency and honesty 100%. Misty kept me informed about everything and her communication was phenomenal. She answered any and all questions I had and really took the time to break things down with me. If you're looking for somebody honest, seriously call them. My truck was in an accident went to jack. He replaced the front bumper and back bumper did a fantastic job in the future I'm going to have him do some other stuff and I did send a friend five out of five thank you keep up the the work
