AJ and Keaten were absolutely amazing! I asked for a payoff for my existing truck and wasn’t even interested in a new truck. They worked with me just for a quote and gave me such a great deal I upgraded to a Ram 1500 Laramie. I highly recommend AJ and Keaten at Jeff Wyler. When my lease expires, I’ll be back to see them. Not happy from the start when I made the appointment. From the AI service I had to encounter, and only tell them it was a recall issue when I had other issues I needed to tell them about. I get in there and they can't find my appointment that I made through the AI system. Service guy didn't even care to ask me for the confirmation number. The service guy proceeded to ask me when I needed my car back? I said, "dropping it off for a recall so I'm going to wait". I then started to them that I needed someone to look at the carpet/cover over my backseat of 2022 Chevy Equinox, and look at why my "park assist" coming on. The service guy told me, "if they have time?" I said what do you mean if they have time, I made an appointment. Fine, if needed I'll bring it back if needed". Took a little over and hour and change to get my recall done, even though the service guy said they need to inspect it and normally they don't need to be replaced or done anything with; I was there at 7:30a and walked out at 9:15a.
The service shop drew up a paper of all my stuff that they thought I needed, but that isn't what I asked them to do. I won't be going back to this service shop. From the laziness of the service guy who helped me, to the customer service on the phone.
