It was my very first time visiting this shop. I was very well pleased. Customer service was superb. Work was performed efficiently. Time frame was adequate. I highly recommend and will definitely return for future repairs.

Employee that helped me was very friendly and helped me out of a jam, I only had limited funds , he was able to find a tire on what money I had . Definitely will use then again. Also with mentioning I didn't get there till 530 and they didn't seamed rushed or anything.

Frank is such a straight shooter. No upsells or wasted time. In the same amount of time I spent arguing with Walmart, tires were removed, mounted and balanced by Frank. These folks are hardworking patriots and we should be giving them our business.

Needed my daughter's tire repaired and went to Jim's Tire & Auto. Best tire repair I've ever seen. The guy who repaired the tire was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly had the tire repaired and at a very good price. Thank you!
