While trying to prepare things for a funeral I had to get a necklace fixed and I called MULTIPLE times to ask if this was a service that could be done before driving 45 minutes out to you. Instead I’m forwarded every single time. So I pull up and two staff members are having a nice Friday evening chat doing NOTHING. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
