Returns department is terrible. The lady I dealt with was likely just having a bad day, but I didn't appreciate her condescending and pretentious attitude while attempting to return an item.
I try to be very patient with those doing me a service, having worked retail and customer service, myself, but this lady clearly requires some additional customer relations training.

Was looking for a shirt and Lori helped me find it right away. Then the shirt had stains on it and the cashier made sure to connect me to another associate. And that associate Vilma went out her way to help me search in different departments. Thanks y’all! God bless!

If you're shopping at Sephora in kohls, make sure Corrine is there, if she isn't just come back when she is! You won't regret the wait one bit. She was the most helpful person I have ever met!

My new go to for Big n Tall clothing. They Have a variety of clothing for the winter too...
Except when you order online and items go to a different address. Then you wait 2 months for a credit return on your Kohl's card. While your credit score gets affected.

Went shopping in the sephora, the workers were incredibly rude to my friend followed us around the store giving us nasty looks. I’m truly disgusted by the behavior. Sephora is about embracing people and I unfortunately had to leave without anything because of the way me and my friend were treated.

I was here to return a Christmas gift. The returns are now up front at the cash register. My transaction was smooth and the employee was friendly.

I used to love this Kohl's store.Not so much anymore.They need more employees to keep that store looking decent.I really don't like going to stores seeing clothes on the floor it's just not a good look.
