I can not drive anymore, so I pay someone to pick up my prescriptions. I have called and I was told everything was ready for pick up, but when the person got there, they were told it would be another hour or they have also said, I don't know why you were told they are ready, or they have said, we didn't have enough for the whole prescription, and we would have to come back when they have it. I think they are under staffed, and they also should expand the pharmacy to handle the needs of the patients. I am changing pharmacies, but I have to wait on my insurance company. The people are very nice and I know they're doing what they can, but the Kroger company is where the problem starts.

This pharmacy, Kroger East Main St., is the absolute worst. They never Rx ready at time stayed. I also have, multiple times, given extra hours and still, they have nothing even processed, let alone ready. The staff continues to be rude, with no regard to other people’s time or health concerns. I do intend to contact the store management. I hope for people to be mindful when using this location.

Literally the worst pharmacy…I have chronic migraines and waited almost 2 weeks for a MUCH needed migraine medicine and it still wasn’t “in stock”. Had to switch pharmacies. If I could give zero stars, I would

Be careful if you use this pharmacy . They have messed up my prescription of blood pressure medication they also messed up a prescription of my thyroid medication. I've used their automated services to call in prescriptions and when I went there at the time it said to pick them up the pharmacy didn't have them ready and said that I didn't have any more prescription refills. when the bottle clearly stated I have 5 refills left. And I have called many times to speak with someone in the pharmacy and nobody ever answers the phone this place is ridiculous and unsafe and I will never use them again .

I stopped by this Kroger today while I was in town for business. The staff was really nice, but the building seemed old and a little run down. The men's restroom was a bit dirty and could use some attention. The parking lot had mobile cameras, which tells me they are having crime problems. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'd look for other grocery stores if I lived in Springfield.

I was at Kroger just a little while ago and wanted to get a 8 pice of fried chicken I had seen that it came out fresh from the fryer . The lady told me no I had to get it from the table on the floor . She refused to fix me a 8 piece that had just came up. Who knows how long the other chicken had been packaged and placed out under the heat lights. They don't put a time on the package anymore. So I just left my cart of groceries and went to Walmart and to get groceries and stopped at KFC to get my chicken.

Usually very polite and direct, but lately they have been terrible with my prescriptions. I am a type one diabetic and they have twice now told me my medications aren’t ready and I have to wait again. They have done this with my insulin! Also had to wait two weeks for my slow acting insulin. Disappointed.

I'd give no stars if possible. This location is ok with their employees discriminating against customers. Then would rather you get an attorney and sue them, rather than doing the right thing and settling it without attorneys. Last month I went to Kroger and grabbed a few things and went to checkout. The cashier was an older lady that I've never really spoken too even though I'm in this location often. When she was done I pulled out my card. When she noticed it was an EBT card, she looked at me and said "It must be nice. I wish I could get food stamps but I HAVE a job and I have to work." She said it very rudely and very matter-of-factly. I didn't say anything and left. A few days later I was back, this time with my son and found myself in her line again. She stepped it up this time when she scanned a Christmas mug with hot chocolate in it. She assumed I was buying the mug with EBT but it was being bought with cash. She said "Aren't you ashamed to let your kids grow up thinking it's ok to be on food stamps?" I was seeing red. I told her I have a very painful autoimmune disease that is preventing me from working, seizures, the let side of my body is numb, I just had a mini stroke and my ex fiance played a hand in shooting me and I'm trying to heal not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I ended up putting a few items back including the mug because she had shamed me. The first person I spoke to when I tried to report it told me that Kathy (the cashier), has had quite a few complaints against her for saying things like that. Another manager was supposed to call me and never did BUT told her boss that did speak to me. Why lie? Not ONE person has called me to deal with this while I keep reaching out. This isn't fair that your employee did this to me not once but twice and shamed me into putting items back. The one manager I did speak to said she wouldn't blame me if I decided to sue for discrimination and emotional damage and I think that's what I'm going to do. It's not right for you guys to treat a customer this way. Then tell her to deal with it and settle it through an attorney. What's wrong with your employees and how you treat people, Kroger?
