I usually get great service from Kroger and mostly friendly service. When the price rang up incorrectly on one of my items and I told the lady working there she questioned whether I was sure. Then she agreed to check the price and found out it was ringing up incorrectly which she called out to her manager about and then fixed it and walked away without saying anything. This heavy set overbearing graying elderly lady should not work with customers if she is going to be rude.

Just stopped in to get my mom a cake for her birthday and tried to find a worker in the bakery area to help me find a certain kind but couldn’t find anyone. So I went to deli to ask them and the lady told me that there was nobody in the bakery area.

Customer service has always been very helpful to me. The employees of the pharmacy are amazing and very helpful. The cashiers are helpful friendly and have taken a lot of abuse from the public. Jaquan one of the cashiers it's always helpful, friendly and remembers consumers!

What happened here? I haven't been here in almost 6 years. I enter today and it was disorganized and unappealing. Corporate really messed this place up having them rearrange everything in this way. How depressing. I remember what I looked like in 2012 and compared to now, after so many unnecessary changes by corporate, it is so ugly. The more I learn about corporate Kroger the more disturbed I am by the company.

On top of the store already being a unorganized mess, they are understaffed and have people stocking shelves when the store is busy with people trying to shop.

This store and every other store in Springfield says they are open until 11pm, but they always close at 10pm.. and what’s ridiculous is the company updated the hours on google a week ago and they didn’t put the correct hours. Please address this with your store general manager for not only this store but all the others here in town.

It stinks. It smells like spoiled milk 90% of the time. Barely some one at the customer service desk. Put a closed sign up if no one is there to work.
