Made a mistake on my taxes and wants to charge me 150 a hr to fix and they definitely don’t hold your hand threw the experience being a 28 year old filling business tax’s for the first time accountants shut there phones off unless it’s “tax season” wouldn’t recommend going here as a first time filer

I have had a very positive experience with this business. I had a little mess up that could have ended up costing me BIG, I came in and met with Nate, and in a few days, he had everything worked out!
Each year since has been the same knowledgeable and friendly service I have grown to trust. I highly recommend and would give 6 stars if possible.

Apparently I didnt pay Enough. My return was for $300... Laird's charged me $179... no discounts, Craig made no other suggestions... blamed the fees on the tax forms... then he turns around and tells me that his bank will get me my refund but it's going to cost me another $40 to process... I just had simple taxes to file nothing major... so I'm looking forward to my $60 refund thanks Craig for nothing I won't be using y'all next year ...it's a week later also I still haven't seen my refund

They are going out of the way for me to get a half hour or so and I didn't know if I should be the one that was in the front of the class and I was wondering how much you are asking me for my family and I will be in the office for a few mins and then they will see if you have any other questions or anything else I should know more about it tomorrow morning and then they will be a little more than a week and then I will get back to you with some of the items on your way home a
