They do not fill propane tanks after dark. We where camping and drove here so we can get out tank filled for heat at 8pm. No signs, no internet info, nothing about certain times. So in the winter your only looking at a 9 hr window. I think its funny they have camping spots here on site but cant fill your tank. Id understand if it was lit up but it is.

Cashier was rude when I explained that the donation page on the pay device was there to be seen by the consumer and they get to decide if they want to refuse the donation or not. If they are going to force the no then I think they should not have any fundraising established at all. Plus Jess the Cashier when I informed her of this said I didnt need to be rude about it. How much money did you deny that fundraiser Jess? And then you laughed at me when I said you were the rude one. I guess I'll stick with the Loves down in downtown Dayton. At least there its CLEAN SAFE AND FRIENDLY.

Very clean bathroom. Very well stocked warmers and grilled items. Easy to grab take and go snacks ready in the cooler to grab and go. Very clean place.

Saw that someone else experienced the trauma we did while at Loves today during the tornado. All they did was give us a pathetic sorry. The manager openly admitted she had zero clue what to do. Stores do this to avoid a lawsuit. Many people stood under the awnings out front. If we had died or got hurt, what would THAT stack of lawsuits look like Love’s? Top it all off, my husband wears a heart monitor that he can’t get soaking went. He was drenched. Would you have paid to replace it?
Edit: with the copy/paste response I got, the under trained managers decisions make more sense. I know it’s not a designated shelter. There was no warning until it was on us. That store with plumbing and freezers and bathrooms is a much safer option than driving in it or standing under a flimsy awning outside. The response kind of illustrates my point but thank you for the attempt anyways. .

Stop to get fuel and def and went in the women bathroom was going to wash my hands. No scrub soap other soap didn't work. I asked thristen on my way out to get fuel to replace it he advised me after I fuel that the general manager would do it when she gets back from the shop. Ok if understand that men are not allowed in the women bathroom. But he went in the men's room to get me some soap. Thank you thristen. But when I come out to go to my truck the general manager was out side on the phone. Ok this could been avoided if everyone at loves do their job replace it when you clean it. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't like being clean i drive a truck just like a man . Step up loves. You are getting like pilot flying j. Smh customer should come first
