Well Lowes what can i say. I will be going to Home Depot for now on. I have made two trips to your store to purchase cabinets. On both occasions not one person could help me. I guess YOU only have 1 person that can order cabinet.?!?!?! Well just left Home Depot! Guess what they had everything i needed and an employee help!!!!!! 3200 and i got what i needed. THEY had it in stock! CFO should be real proud of you! Good luck!

This location use to be such a great location so I’m highly disappointed. The customer service was terrible. I’m only giving 2 stars because only one employee was helpful the others were rude and one lady even walked away while we asked for help. Sadly I won’t be coming here anymore.

I did a return with receipt and it’s seriously going to take 5 days to get my money back? WOW this is 2025. I also paid with a debit so should have been offered cash. I am just very surprised at this. Smh.

Very Poor service, I purchased 8 windows over $10,000.00 in September 2024, in October was told some some broke so had wait, then they arrive November 2, 2024, was told be given great consideration to have done fast, got call was to be installed 11,/21/2024, at 5:15 on
1120/2024. They called and canceled due to weather, puts it out to December 12, 2024 ,, even colder then I'm sure, and was told that's just the availability.. needless to say I tried to cancel the order when the windows got broken and oh no 20% restock fee, doesn't seem fair at all, very poor customer Service
